Sugar Dot Royal Icing Transfer Sheets
Royal icing transfers are little candies used as decorative elements on cookies, cakes, and cupcakes. Royal icing is piped onto waxed paper, parchment paper, or a page protector (my favorite). A design template sheet is underneath to act as a template. The shapes or "transfers" are allowed to dry overnight before being peeled off the backing. They can then be dropped onto a freshly flooded cookie or "glued" onto a dry base with more icing. I've been using transfers on my cookies since day one. They fit perfectly with my design style of "keep it simple".
With RI transfers, you get consistent results without the use of a projector, you avoid cratering, you save time on decorating day, and it's a great way to use up extra icing. Royal Icing Transfers are not just for cookies! They make fabulous decorations for cupcakes and cakes too. Imagine carrots for carrot cake and lemons on lemon chiffon! Decorate birthday cakes with balloon and number transfers! The possibilities are endless! Let's not forget about buttercream. You can absolutely use the transfer sheets with buttercream. Pipe your designs. Put them into the freezer. Peel them off and apply to your cake or cupcake. Purchasing my sheets will save you the time and hassle of creating them yourself and you will love the page set up! The designs are clustered in groups all counted for you! These sheets are a dream to use! Each design comes in multiple sizes! Prices are based on how many different sizes are included in each one. (P.S. You could also use these designs in your projector to pipe directly onto your cookies!) |
