Two parties or two kids in a party, $60

Please complete and sign the waiver. Please bring it with you when dropping off your child. No child will be allowed to stay without a signed form.

Refunds will be issued if class is cancelled due to the minimum number of spots not sold. You will be notified with as much notice as possible if camp is cancelled.
Bring your signed waiver/contact form when dropping off your child. NO child will be allowed to participate without a signed waiver/contact form.
Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Parents will be called to immediately pick up any child with behavior problems. Any child asked to leave will not be permitted to attend future events.
