Class - Royal Icing Consistencies
In this 1 hour class, I'll talk to you about the four royal icing consistencies (stiff, piping, outlining, and flood) that I use -what they look like and what they're used for.
I'll even outline and flood a few cookies so you can see just how I do it!
What happens after decorating? What do you do with leftover icing? Toss it? No! I'll show you how I store my leftover icing to use again.
