Class - Royal Icing Consistencies
In this 1 hour class, I'll talk to you about the four royal icing consistencies (stiff, piping, outlining, and flood) that I use -what they look like and what they're used for.
I'll even outline and flood a few cookies so you can see just how I do it!
What happens after decorating? What do you do with leftover icing? Toss it? No! I'll show you how I store my leftover icing to use again.
With the purchase of this online class, you will receive a copy of my Ebook on "Royal Icing Consistencies". A day or two before the class - you will receive the ebook and link to the classroom. I'll go over the highlights of the ebook with you then have about half an hour for questions.
The ebook includes two photo tutorials to show you how I outline and flood cookies.
A royal icing recipe is included with the purchase of this class.
