Start with just a small amount of color to start - a shade or two lighter than what you'd like.
Color will deepen as it matures. Wait 20 minutes or so before adding more gel.
Each bottle is 1 fluid ounce. That's a nice size for a gel color!
Is there an after-taste? Due to the preservative that is needed to make gel colors, there is that risk, but because these colors are so intense, you need to use very little. The risk of an after-taste is far less!

These colors are NOT fat soluble. They will NOT color chocolate.
