Sterling Pearls (commonly known as "luster dust") add the most beautiful shimmery metallic shiny finish to royal icing cookies, cakes, fondant, chocolate, candies, and many more confections.
It can be dry brushed, painted or airbrushed when mixed with high-proof alcohol.
To airbrush or paint - mix a small amount of powder with a few drops of high-proof alcohol (vodka for example). Paint with a paintbrush or use a pipette to transfer liquid to your airbrush reservoir.
