Silicone Dough Rolling Mat from Corianne
This non-slip mat is a great work surface for rolling cookie dough, pie dough, or working with any type of pastry! You can roll directly on the mat or between two layers of waxed paper or parchment. Because I chill my rolled dough - I roll on top of this mat, between two layers of waxed paper. Without this mat, the waxed paper would slide all over the counter. The mat keeps it in place. Then I move the waxed paper/dough sandwich to a cookie sheet to chill.
20" x 16" with measurements printed around the perimeter and also for measuring circles.
Non-stick and stain proof.
Easy to clean. Hand wash with warm water and air dry.
