Scrapers with 101 uses - at least! Just a few.....
- stenciling with royal icing
- mixing small bowls of icing
- scraping icing mistakes off cookies
- moving icing back up that has over-flowed off the cookie (especially if you've covered it in sprinkles or sanding sugar as seen in the photos!) This is my favorite use. I reach for the mini sizeevery time I need to do something about over-flooded royal icing!
- moving raw dough cut outs to cookie sheet
- squaring up raw dough or just baked cut outs
- moving decorated cookies from turntable to cookie sheet

These scrapers are rather stiff plastic, not flexible like spatulas.
