How do I close my icing bags? With these elastics! Why? Several reasons!

  1. They are super cheap. That's important not only for the wallet, but because I store my leftover icing right in the bags, in the freezer. If I closed my bags with more expensive elastics (like those purple ones from the craft store!), I'd have a fortune tied up in the freezer in elastics!
  2. Since they are so inexpensive, I don't need to spend time removing these elastics from the bags before discarding.
  3. I, and my party guests, can easily tell the difference between a bag filled with outlining consistency and a bag filled with flood consistency. I always tie a knot in the top of my outlining bags. I always use elastics to close my flood bags.

You will receive a random color - depending on my current stock. Your bands could be blue. They could be green, pink, or white. Maybe marbled. They could be anything. It will be a surprise!

These are tiny little bands - only about .5" across.


Warning: These elastic bands do snap if stretched too far. I use two bands at a time to close my icing bags.
