This tool is next to me EVERY time I decorate. The sharp, narrow point is PERFECT for popping bubbles in royal icing. Don't play whack-a-mole, trying to poke those pesky bubbles. Lay down the needle end of this tool on the top of your royal icing - over the bubble. Pop! Easy!
