Online Class Policies:
All online video classes will be held using Zoom. You may join a class from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android.
Be sure to check your email frequently after registering.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase. If you don’t receive it, your order was not completed.
Be sure to check the email that you used to pay for the class!
You will receive an email with a single link to download Zoom and to join your specific class. Do not share this link with anyone.
Click on the link to be sure that your camera, microphone and Zoom file are all working well together - long before the start of class. Do not wait until the last minute, just in case you run into any difficulty. You will click on that same link when it's time to join the class.
You may enter the classroom early. You may use this time to familiarize yourself with the Zoom classroom.
To make sure that you’re all set for the class, check out Zoom's FAQs and test out your Zoom connection any time here.
Classes will begin on time. Times given are in Eastern - United States - time zone. To convert to your time zone, click here.
Before the start of the class, be sure that your video is ON and your audio is OFF.
If you do not receive the email with link, please let me know as soon as possible. I will not be available to look into it minutes before or during the scheduled class.
For all classes, you will receive support materials via email, for ex: class outline, worksheets, supply list with links, recipes. It is a good idea to print those out prior to the class for note-taking.
Depending on time, there may or may not be opportunity for questions at the end of class.
Contact me prior to purchasing a private, one-on-one class so that we can choose a date/time and topics.
I'm no accountant or attorney. You'll need to contact a professional for anything other than the very basics.
My goal is to inform, support and encourage you – to help your business grow. I’m hoping that you will do the same for me by not sharing my documents, lessons, recipes, etc through websites, blogs, email or as handouts in classes of your own. Instead, I would be so grateful if you send your friends to me to take one of my classes.
If you enjoyed my classes and found them helpful, please email me with a review that I can use on my website.
There will be no refunds or exchanges for any reason including; if you don't attend, arrive late or have technical difficulties. There will be no refunds if any discount codes were not used at the time of purchase or for the number of classes required at one time.
If the minimum number of students for a class isn't met, the class will be re-scheduled. You will be notified and offered the choice of a refund or spot in the postponed class.
By purchasing a seat in a Sugar Dot class, you agree to all of the above.
