I'm often asked about my timeline. Let me break it down for you.
I'll explain the steps after making the dough. Is the rest done all in the same day? How far ahead can you make the dough? How far ahead can you bake it? What do I use to store?
Do you see that sheet of something on top of the cookie pan in the photo? That's my secret weapon. I've been using it for years. I'm not sure how I would be able to cut/freeze my dough without it! I'll fill you in so you know you can't live without making yourself one also!
